Who is Ian Sheridan?

I am a web programer who works on any platform or language that will enable me to make a website or web application. I mostly work with Ruby these days and I have been known to dabble with PHP. I have been doing this type of work for almost 15 years and I have seen it all from front-end design to client management to back-end database design.

I currently work at Stylesight.com as the Senior Developer working mosly on the back-end applications that support the deployment of code to the live site and the data entry for the images that go into our 3 million image strong Image Library. The tech I use is Ruby (of course) and it's frameworks from SinatraRB to Ruby on Rails. For deployment I use Capistrano and some custom cap inspired mini-apps.
