In responce to a blog entry I wrote this:
Mr. Fisk’s article is full of rederic and I see very little of any kind of objective investigation of the facts.
He speaks freely of what the propaganda machine of the US says but did he talk to any of the other reporters that where in the hotel with him? When he spoke of what he did and said himself, do I see anything solid? No not really.
While this article is very volatile and emotional it is not truly objective.
Knowing this we should think of this a a outpouring of greef of his loss. I have seen what it does to you. I lived through 9/11 and those that I know that have lost a loved one seek someone to blame no matter how contrary the evidence is.
Some idiot in that tank saw a camera lens and thought that it was a gun of some sort and reacted, in fear most likely, by firing on the reporter’s location. It is a sad event but even more sad — it’s war.
This is in respons to some comments made on a blog entry on onrelease.org. Read and you will see a gentalmen’s comments that I do not agree with. I suggest that you read the the entry then the comments before you read any further.

Well it would seem that the comments of the coward who does not name himself (i.e. flame proof-suit) is fairly uneducated in the state of the historical and economic stage of the world.
His euro-centric view is typical of the attitudes that I have seen coming over the pond since Great Britain and America decided to go it alone (I’d like to point out the alone part). Yes most of the ideas and philosophies that we used to make America came from Europe but you fail to understand that we recreated and molded them into what we wanted, making them something different. the historical commets are off but I’m not here to comment on it.
Enough of that …
Eric is expressing an American view that has come about since we have started to realize that a lot of euros think that 9/11 was our “come-up’nts”. Shame — on — you.
Let me point out something. If a tragedy like 9/11 had happened in any of the European countries, help and support would of come pouring, flooding, streaming out of America and what ever actions that country wanted to make, we would most likely be behind them.
Yes our reasons for going to war with Iraq are muddied and fouled by not finding proof of our initial goal of removing a government that has weapons of mass destruction. Well, we are not finding them and I’m not sure if we will.
The secondary goal, which I think is obvious, is oil. Yes oil but that is the goal of a lot of European countries too, so please step down from the soap box on that one.
Oh! And the third goal was to liberate the Iraqi people so that they can choose to hate Americans and Europeans all on their own. It’s a shame that we only hear from the complainers. The people that are happy with the situation have no reason to gather in groups.
Well here we are in search of something to say. I don’t talk very much and as you can tell I do not write very much. but here I am. lately I have been researching MVC (Model-View-Controller) pattern of programing.
MVC is interesting to me because I want to make my life easyer when I have to change the front-end of my apps. As any programer will know it can change quite often. MVC is a good strategy for this because it seperates the content from the design.
The Model holds all the data and the processing of that data. This I am very clear on. it is the other two peices of the pattern that are fuzzy.
The View is your UI (User Interface) and in my case it is specificly a GUI (Graphical UI). I design web applications which is pretty much what you will mostly see in many corporate intranets.
The Controller is the hardware elements. I do not control the this though it is static to a certain extent. Either way it is not something that I am involved in, well except for the wireless stuff.
I am writting a paper on MVC so you might see me here more often then not.
